Savory Quick Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:
2 Cups of precooked Black Beans
1/2 Cup of fresh cut cilantro
2 Cloves of garlic
3 Teaspoons of Sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Tablespoons of lemon juice (1/2 lemon squeezed)
1 Tablespoon of black bean broth
1 Teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon of sea salt to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor and blend at slow speed until smooth. Enjoy with fresh carrots, celery and other favorite vegetables!

Rápido y Gustoso Hummus de Frijoles Negros
Ingredientes:
2 Tazas de frijoles negros previamente cocidos
1/2 Taza de cilantro fresco cortado
2 Dientes de ajo
2 Crdas de aceite de oliva
3 Crditas de Semillas de Ajonjolí
2 Crdas de jugo de limón (1/2 limón exprimido)
1 Crda caldo de frijoles
1 Crdita de comino
1/2 Cucharadita de pimentón español ahumado o paprika
1 Crdita de sal marina (al gusto)
Colocar todos los ingredientes en un procesador o en la licuadora a una velocidad media y licuar hasta que alcance una textura suave y cremosa! Disfrute con zanahorias, apio españa u otros vegetales frescos de su preferencia!!!

Yes, that’s correct! This recipe is not in the first digital delivery of “My Love Recipe Book,” but it will be included in the near future! It is one of my favorites, especially when I have lots of leftover black beans! 😉With regards to the cilantro, please remember you can always try another herb like parsley! 🪴🌈I have used parsley in this hummus before and it gives it a nice yet different flavor! 😋Thanks again for trying the recipes and for sharing so kindly!!! 👏🏻
I prepared this dip as an appetizer to serve with tortilla chips. It was delicious! I did not have cilantro but went ahead anyway because I had a pound of frijoles negros ready in my instant pot and all the other ingredients. It's a keeper. I promise, I will try next time with cilantro:) This recipe is not in the "My Love Recipe Book", is that correct?
