This Mint Basil Dressing not only add a refreshing flavor and aroma to your dish, but also bring healthy properties.


A refreshing touch with Mint Basil Dressing - Flavia's Healthy Kitchen


Ingredients:


1 Cup of fresh mint leaves

1 Cup fresh basil

1/4 onion small

3 garlic cloves

1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp honey

Sea salt and pepper to taste.


Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix for few minutes till you reach the desired dressing consistency.

Un toque refrescante con el aderezo de albahaca menta


1 Taza de hojas de menta fresca

1 Taza de albahaca fresca

1/4 de cebolla pequeña

3 Dientes de ajo

1/2 Taza de aceite de oliva virgen extra

3 Cucharadas de jugo de limón fresco o 3 cucharadas de vinagre de sidra de manzana

2 Cucharadas de miel

Sal marina y pimienta al gusto


Coloque todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos o una licuadora y mezcle durante unos minutos hasta alcanzar la consistencia de aderezo deseada.
