Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Pomegranate Salad Dressing by FHK


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup pomegranate arils.

  • 3/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil.

  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup.

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.

  • 2 Tbsp lemon/lime juice, freshly squeezed.

  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard.

  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.

  • 3 Garlic cloves.

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin.

  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper or black pepper.

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste.


Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and mix for few minutes till you reach the desired dressing consistency.
